The International Symposium on "800th Anniversary of Sheikh Zahid Gilani" dedicated to Sheikh Zahid Gilani, the master of the founder of the Safavid dynasty- Sheikh Safiaddin will be held on December 13-15 in Lankaran.

The symposium will be organized by the ANAS Institute of History, Lankaran State University, The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency and the Necmettin Erbakan University.
